When am I charged?

You pay when you place your order, in a secure Stripe checkout.

If your pharmacist cannot approve your order, we refund you in full automatically. You can also cancel for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched.

Refunds go back to the way you paid and reach you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
