    1. About Solira

    Solira is operated by QCP1 Ltd (Company No. 15503390), a GPhC-registered distance selling pharmacy (GPhC No. 9013213). Registered address: Office 115 & 116, 3 Humber Road, Millennium Business Centre, London, NW2 6DW.

    2. Eligibility

    This service is for adults aged 18 and over who are UK residents. By using Solira you confirm you meet these criteria.

    3. Our Service

    Solira provides online clinical consultations and, where clinically appropriate, supplies prescription and non-prescription medicines under Patient Group Directions (PGDs). Completing a consultation does not guarantee treatment will be supplied. Our pharmacist reviews every consultation before dispensing. We reserve the right to decline any order.

    4. Your Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and truthful information during consultation
    • Inform us of any changes to your health or medications
    • Use supplied medication only as directed and not share it with others
    • Seek urgent medical attention for serious side effects

    Providing false information to obtain medication may result in account suspension and referral to authorities.

    5. Prescriptions

    All prescription medicines are supplied under a valid Patient Group Direction. We cannot supply NHS-funded medicines.

    6. Payments

    All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at time of order via Stripe. We do not store card details. Prices may change without notice.

    7. Delivery

    We aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of approval. Cold chain deliveries (GLP-1 medications) are sent via tracked next-day courier. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

    8. Returns

    See our Returns and Refunds Policy. Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispensed.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
