About Solira
Solira (withsolira.com) is the online service of QuickCare Pharmacy, a GPhC-registered pharmacy in London. Every consultation is reviewed, and every supply authorised, by our Superintendent Pharmacist, Jimah Alsaai MPharm.
We provide pharmacist-led online consultations for weight loss, erectile dysfunction and hair loss, and BioCare food supplements chosen by a pharmacist, for adults aged 18 and over in the United Kingdom.

- Who reviews my consultation?
- A GPhC-registered pharmacist at QuickCare Pharmacy (GPhC 9013213), the registered pharmacy behind Solira, led by our superintendent pharmacist, Jimah Alsaai MPharm (GPhC 2232652). Nothing is supplied until your answers have been reviewed.
- Do I need a GP referral?
- No. You complete a short online consultation and a GPhC-registered pharmacist reviews it.
- What happens if I'm not suitable?
- If an answer shows a treatment is not safe for you, the consultation tells you before you pay. If our pharmacist cannot approve your order after you have paid, a full refund is processed automatically within 5 to 10 working days.
- How quickly will my order arrive?
- We aim to dispatch within 1 working day of approval. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 parcels the next working day, and Tracked 48 parcels in 2 to 3 working days. These are Royal Mail's aims, not guarantees.
- Is the packaging discreet?
- Yes. Every order arrives in plain packaging, with no medicine names on the outside.
New patients on a prescription weight-loss medicine have a short video call with the pharmacist before their first supply.
