How will my order be sent?
Every order goes by Royal Mail, with tracking.
Medicines that need to stay cold are sent in a cool package by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Put them in the fridge as soon as they arrive. Everything else, including tablets, capsules and shop orders, goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Your order comes in plain packaging, with no medicine names on it.
