Can I return my order?

Once a prescription-only medicine has been dispatched it cannot be returned or refunded, because a medicine that has left the pharmacy cannot go back into stock, unless it is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

You can cancel any order before dispatch for a full refund. Pharmacy medicines supplied without a prescription (unopened, seal unbroken), unused sharps bins and unopened supplements can be cancelled within 14 days of the day you receive them.
