What photo ID do you need, and do you keep it?
Your pharmacist checks your photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence, before a first supply. You can add a photo of it from your account, or show it on your video call.
If you add a photo, only your pharmacist sees it, and we delete it once your order has been decided. We keep only the record that the check took place and its outcome.
