Can I cancel my order?

Yes, at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund. Message your pharmacist, or email hello@withsolira.com.

Once the label is printed, the order is on its way and can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds go back to the way you paid and reach you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
