What happens if I'm not in?

Royal Mail may leave your parcel in your safe place or with a neighbour if nobody answers. If it can't be left, they put a card through your door so you can rebook or collect it.

Put anything that needs to stay cold in the fridge as soon as it arrives. If a parcel that should be kept cold was left outside for more than a few hours, message your pharmacist before you open anything in it.
