You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund. Message your pharmacist from your account, or email hello@withsolira.com.

For pharmacy medicines supplied without a prescription, which must be unopened with their seal unbroken, for unused sharps bins and for unopened supplements, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your order, without giving a reason. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how, and has a cancellation form.

If our pharmacist cannot approve your order, we refund you in full automatically, within 5 to 10 working days.

Once dispatched, a prescription-only medicine cannot be returned unless it is faulty or not what you ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.

We aim to dispatch within 1 working day of approval, to UK addresses only. Medicines that must be kept cold travel by Royal Mail Tracked 24 in insulated packaging; Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 parcels the next working day. Other medicines and shop orders travel by Royal Mail Tracked 48; Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels in 2 to 3 working days. See how your order reaches you.
