    Distance Selling Information

    Solira is operated by QuickCare Pharmacy (GPhC pharmacy No. 9013213), a UK-registered distance selling pharmacy. Our superintendent pharmacist is Jimah Alsaai MPharm, GPhC No. 2232652.

    Right to cancel

    You have the right to cancel an order before it is dispatched. To cancel, log into your account at withsolira.com or email hello@withsolira.com. A full refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

    Returns

    For safety and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medication once dispensed, except where medication is faulty or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    Declined consultations

    If our prescriber is unable to issue a prescription, a full refund is processed automatically within 3 to 5 working days.

    Delivery

    We use temperature-controlled packaging for injectable medications. Estimated delivery is 1 to 3 working days from dispatch.
