If nobody is in
Royal Mail may leave your parcel safely
In your safe place or with a neighbour, if nobody answers. If it can't be left, Royal Mail puts a card through your door so you can rebook or collect it.
Put anything that needs to stay cold in the fridge as soon as it arrives. If a cold parcel was left outside for more than a few hours, message your pharmacist before you open anything in it.
