    Complaints Procedure

    We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly.

    For urgent medical concerns, call NHS 111 or 999.

    Solira is run by QuickCare Pharmacy (GPhC registered pharmacy 9013213), owned by QCP1 Ltd, whose Superintendent Pharmacist is Jimah Alsaai MPharm.

    2. What happens next

    • Acknowledged within 2 working days
    • We aim to reply in full within 14 working days

    We acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to reply in full within 14 working days. If it will take longer, we tell you why and keep you updated.

    3. Complaints about your personal data

    If you are unhappy with how we have used your data, complain to us at hello@withsolira.com or by post. We acknowledge within 30 days and tell you the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commission at ico.org.uk.

    4. Clinical and safety concerns

    Any complaint about your care or safety goes straight to our Superintendent Pharmacist, Jimah Alsaai MPharm (GPhC 2232652).

    5. If you are not satisfied

    You can raise a concern with the General Pharmaceutical Council at pharmacyregulation.org or on 020 3713 8000.

    For complaints about how your data has been handled, the Information Commission (ICO) at ico.org.uk. It took over from the Information Commissioner's Office on 30 September 2026.

    6. Side effects

    You can report a suspected side effect to the MHRA's Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk.
