What is Cialis Together
Cialis Together contains tadalafil 10mg, the same active ingredient as prescription Cialis. It is licensed for sale in UK pharmacies without a prescription. When you are sexually stimulated, you can get an erection from 30 minutes and for up to 36 hours after one tablet.

Taking Cialis Together
- Read the leaflet in your pack carefully before you take it
- One 10mg tablet, at least 30 minutes before sex
- Maximum one tablet a day
- Not for continuous daily use. Talk to your doctor if you feel you need it every day
- Can be taken with or without food
- Avoid grapefruit juice, and do not drink large amounts of alcohol before sex
- Do not use poppers or other recreational drugs with it
- Sexual stimulation is still required
Who it's for
Men aged 18 to 64 with erectile dysfunction who have no significant health conditions and are not taking any interacting medications.
Not suitable if:
- Over 64 years old
- Taking nitrates, an alpha-blocker, or other ED treatments
- Recent stroke or heart attack
- Severe heart failure, kidney, or liver problems

Side effects
Common side effects include headache, back pain, muscle aches, pain in the arms and legs, flushing, a blocked nose and indigestion. These are normally mild to moderate. Less common side effects are listed in the leaflet in your pack. Please read it before your first dose.
Stop taking Cialis Together and get medical help straight away if you have:
- Chest pain within 2 days of taking Cialis Together, or dizziness or feeling sick during or after sex. Sit half upright, try to relax and call 999. Do not use a GTN spray or any other nitrate for the pain, and tell the ambulance crew when you took Cialis Together.
- An erection lasting more than 4 hours. Go to hospital straight away.
- A sudden decrease or loss of sight, or blurred, dimmed or distorted sight.
- A sudden decrease or loss of hearing.
- Swelling of the eyelids, face, lips or throat, sudden wheezing or difficulty breathing, or a rash.
- A painful rash that spreads and blisters.
Erection problems can be an early sign of heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure. Please book a check-up with your GP as soon as you can, within 6 months of starting Cialis Together.
Common questions
The active ingredient is identical at 10mg. Prescription tadalafil is available at 10mg and 20mg on-demand, and 2.5mg and 5mg for daily use. Prescription versions are available at lower cost per tablet.
