The routine
A tablet, a sip of water, thirty minutes
Take it once a day when you wake, on an empty stomach, with a small sip of plain water. Wait at least thirty minutes before eating, drinking anything else, or taking other tablets. That short window is what lets the medicine absorb. It isn't fussy, it's what makes the tablet work. That's the whole routine.

Who it's for
You may be suitable if…
Treatment may be suitable if you're aged 18–85 and have a BMI of 30 or above — or a BMI of 27–29.9 alongside one of the following: type 2 diabetes, prediabetes or impaired glucose tolerance, metabolic syndrome, high blood pressure, raised cholesterol or blood fats, cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease, obstructive sleep apnoea, an obstructive lung condition such as COPD, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, osteoarthritis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), or fertility difficulties linked to weight.
You also need to be based in the UK.
A pharmacist will confirm suitability during your consultation. If you don't qualify, you pay nothing.
