    Foundayo packs in all six strengths, 0.8mg to 17.2mg

    Foundayo (orforglipron) was approved by the MHRA on 10 August 2026. Most UK providers have not yet announced what they will charge. These are Solira's confirmed prices, published in full so you can see the cost at every dose before you start a consultation.

    What's included

    There is no consultation fee, no prescription fee, and no subscription or tie-in. The medicine price plus £2.99 Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is the full amount payable. Foundayo is a prescription only medicine and would be one possible option following a Solira weight-management consultation, if a pharmacist judged it appropriate.

    Most UK online pharmacies now publish Foundayo prices. On 5 October 2026 we checked them on the websites of 43 other UK providers. A 30-day pack of 0.8mg with delivery cost £99 at Boots Online Doctor, £99 at Superdrug Online Doctor, and £99 at LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor, with every provider's price rising by strength. Solira's price is £79.99, plus £2.99 delivery, with the pharmacist review included and no subscription. Of the providers listed, Solira's price with delivery was the lowest at every strength.     Safety information

    Foundayo is taken once daily at any time of day, with no food or water restriction, and the tablet is swallowed whole. The UK SmPC lists hypersensitivity to the active substance or excipients as the contraindication; other conditions are warnings, cautions or situations where use is not recommended. Oral hormonal contraception may be less effective, so a non-oral method or an added barrier method is advised for 30 days after starting and for 30 days after each dose increase. Speak to a pharmacist or your GP before starting any weight management medicine, particularly if you take insulin or a sulfonylurea, have had pancreatitis, or are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
