Already on treatment with another provider?
Bring proof of your last supply. Your pharmacist checks it and can continue your dose instead of restarting it.
Two ways in, one careful check
- Step 1
Answer the consultation
Your health, your current medicine and dose, and when you last took it.
- Step 2
Upload your proof
Your previous provider's approval email, a photo of your prescription, or a photo of the dispensing label. Or show it on your video call.
- Step 3
Your pharmacist checks it
On your video call, before anything is supplied. If it all matches, you can usually carry on at your dose.
- Step 1
Answer the consultation
Including when you last took your medicine.
- Step 2
Tell us your last dose
Proof helps if you had it from another provider.
- Step 3
Your pharmacist sets your restart dose
It depends on how long it has been since your last dose.
Before you start
Have to hand your previous provider's approval email, your prescription, or the dispensing label, to upload in the consultation. Can't find any of them? Ask your provider for a copy.
What to send us
A photo of the dispensing label
- The medicine
- The dose
- Your name
- The date
Your previous provider's approval email
- Your name
- The date of the email
- The medication you were approved for
A photo of your prescription from your previous provider works too.
Only your pharmacist sees it. We never contact your current provider for you.
Carry on, or start again?
Under three months since your last dose
Your pharmacist can usually continue the dose you are on, once they have checked your proof.
Three months or more
Treatment restarts at the lowest dose and builds up again.
Counted from the date of your last dose, not your last order. Your pharmacist makes the final decision.
Missed a dose?
Missed dose. Mounjaro: take it if fewer than 4 days have passed, otherwise skip. Wegovy pens: take it if fewer than 5 days have passed, otherwise skip. After a long gap, contact us before restarting: treatment resumes at the lowest dose.
Never take two supplies at once
Keep using your current supply until we approve your order, then stop your repeat with your current provider.
I confirm I will stop receiving supply from [your provider] once Solira approves my order. I understand taking GLP-1 treatment from two places at once is unsafe.
- We check your proof before anything is supplied
- We don't contact your current provider for you
- No proof? You start at the lowest dose
- Changing medicine too? Your pharmacist chooses your first dose
On your video call. Your pharmacist goes through your proof with you. Nothing is supplied until it has been checked.
Common questions
Not usually, if your last dose was under three months ago and your pharmacist can check your proof.
Any one of these: an approval email from your previous provider that shows your name, the date of the email and the medication you were approved for; a photo of your prescription from your previous provider; or a photo of the dispensing label clearly showing the medicine, the dose, your name and the date.
We'll pause or stop treatment if it isn't working for you (less than 5% weight loss after a fair trial at your best-tolerated dose), if side effects persist despite adjusting, if your BMI falls below 20, or if you become pregnant. Treatment is reviewed regularly, and if longer-term therapy beyond our service is right for you, we'll help you transition to a prescriber-led pathway.
Tell us in the consultation. Your pharmacist chooses your first dose.
No. Stop your repeat with them once we approve your order.
Ready when you are
Every order is checked by our pharmacist before anything is supplied.
