A combination of biotin, selenium, zinc, silica, lysine and MSM for hair, skin and nail support. Contains silica derived from bamboo extract, a natural component of connective tissue including hair, skin and nails. Zinc, biotin and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, and copper contributes to normal hair and skin pigmentation. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. 30 days supply at 2 capsules per day.
